What we do
Widgettrove is the online shop of WHATECH MOBILE CO., LIMITED, a Hong Kong company that buys the goods it sells, ships them and answers for them afterwards.
Eight jobs, one name behind them all
There is no intermediary and no separate advertising operator: whatever you need to ask, the answer comes from the same place.
Builds and runs this website
The pages you are reading are made and looked after by the same company that sells the goods.
Advertises
It runs the advertising and the Google Ads campaigns that may have brought you here, and holds the advertising accounts.
Buys and owns the stock
The goods are bought by the company and belong to it until they are yours.
Confirms by phone
Each order is confirmed on a short call, by the company’s own call centre.
Ships
It hands the parcel to the courier or postal operator of your country.
Collects payment on delivery
The courier collects the price in cash when the parcel reaches you.
Looks after returns and the guarantee
Cancelling within 14 days, sending something back and the 24-month guarantee all go through the same desk.
Protects your data
It is the controller of the data you give, and answers questions about it.
