Delivery times

How long a parcel takes, what it costs (nothing) and who to ask when it is late.

From order to doorstep

  1. 1You send the orderOn the page for your country. The thank-you page appears at once.
  2. 2We phone youUsually within one working day. On the call we go through the item, the address and the amount.
  3. 3We hand it over1 to 2 working days after the call, the parcel goes to the courier or postal operator of your country.
  4. 4It reaches you3 to 7 working days on the road, depending on the country. You pay the courier in cash.

These are the times a route normally takes, not promised dates.

Delivery is free

We make no delivery charge on any order, in any country we serve, and there is no minimum spend. The price on the page is the whole of what you pay: nothing is added to the order form, and nothing is added at the door.

Following the parcel

There is no tracking box and no account on this site. The tracking details come from us: on the call that confirms your order, or whenever you ask by email. Some routes have no tracking that a customer can see; for those we give you the dispatch date instead.

More on tracking

If it is late

Customs, weather and a driver who could not find the building all happen. If nothing has arrived 10 working days after the confirmation call, tell us at help@widgettrove.com: we open a trace with the operator, and if the parcel cannot be found you choose between a replacement and your money back.

At the door

Look at the box before you pay. You can refuse a parcel that is obviously damaged, and a refused parcel costs you nothing. Drivers carry little change, so the exact sum helps. How paying works is on paying on arrival.
